Dennis Law to Groom Wu Jing with Fatal Contact

Ever since Uncle Ba got involved in court cases late last year, he decided to withdraw all his investments and won't be producing movies nor organising any concerts anymore, even pulling the plug on his godson, Wu Jing's next work. So, after doing publicity rounds for SPL last November, Wu Jing returned to Beijing. However, Milkyway's investor Dennis Law, being appreciative of Wu Jing's talents, immediately began writing a custom script for him, and approached Paco Wong to sign the film contract. Dennis Law is set to take over mentorship from Uncle Ba, grooming Wu Jing to be the next generation martial arts star. As such, the new movie on underground fighting will feature plenty of action scenes. Wu Jing is now undergoing training in Beijing. This time round, the focus being on Sanda, and he has even sought help from Sanda experts to train opposite him as his opponents. The other male lead in the movie, Ronald Cheng, will also be heading to Beijing later for training.  Ming Pao Weekly
