Wu Jing Woos His Beijing Wushu Teammate Kou Zhan Wen with Legendary Assassin

That Wu Jing specifically invited his fellow teammate Kou Zhan Wen to lend his help in his directorial debut Legendary Assassin is to present truly scintillating martial arts sequences, "The toughest difficulty when doing a martial arts movie is when you do not have someone who can stand up against you. While Wu Jing and Nicky Li haven't decided on ways to deal with this gigantic person, if they would be using gentleness to counter strength, or clashing heads on directly against each other competing in strength, fighting fire with fire, Wu Jing is tending towards the latter, "He's very big and strong, and fights very well, but I wanna be even stronger and better fighter than he, outclassing him with might, rather than employing softer techniques."

Playing a female cop, Celina Jade has to handle action scenes in the film as well. She has been training under Wu Jing for 2, 3 months to prepare for her role.
